All psychotherapy services are provided by professionals licensed in Missouri. If ketamine is part of treatment, it is prescribed and/or administered only by appropriately licensed medical providers in accordance with Missouri and federal law.

4. Eligibility for Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy

Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy is not appropriate for everyone.

All prospective clients must complete appropriate medical and psychological screening. Participation is based on clinical judgment, medical safety considerations, and compliance with Missouri regulations.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services if treatment is not clinically appropriate or safe.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Responses to therapy and ketamine treatment vary from person to person.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Participation in services does not guarantee improvement or symptom relief.

6. Scope of Services

The Inward Journey provides:

Psychotherapy services
Preparation and integration sessions
Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (when clinically appropriate)

We do not provide:

Emergency psychiatric services
24/7 on-call support
Standalone medication prescribing through this website

Submitting a contact form or scheduling a consultation does not automatically establish a therapeutic relationship.

7. Telehealth Services (If Applicable)

If you participate in telehealth:

You must be physically located in Missouri during sessions.
You are responsible for being in a private and secure environment.
Technology disruptions may occasionally interfere with services.
You agree to provide accurate information about your location at the time of service.

8. Client Responsibilities
